This Summit is for you if…
• You are a counselor, therapist, or supervisor
• You love the work but feel stretched thin
• You want practical tools for navigating suicidality ethically
• You supervise clinicians and want supervision beyond compliance
• You believe sustainable care requires collective support
This Summit may not be for you if…
• You only want lecture-style CE with no reflection
• You’re looking for productivity hacks instead of sustainable practice
Why this Conversation Matters Now
Burnout is no longer an exception in our field. It is becoming normalized.
And when exhaustion becomes standard operating procedure, the cost is quiet but real:
• Clinical clarity decreases
• Ethical decision-making becomes harder
• Supervision becomes procedural instead of transformative
• Compassion fatigue becomes chronic
• Good clinicians leave the field
Individual self-care alone cannot solve systemic strain. But without regulated, grounded clinicians, systems cannot change either.
This summit exists because sustainable practice is not optional; it is essential.
After this summit you will leave with:
• Clearer language and steadier confidence when suicidality is named in the room
• A supervision approach rooted in identity and sustainability, not just compliance
• Practical regulation tools you can use immediately with yourself and your clients
• A deeper understanding of burnout as structural, not a personal failure
• Greater clarity in ethical decision-making under pressure
• A renewed sense of professional alignment and longevity in this field
You won’t just earn 4 NBCC CEs. You’ll strengthen your clinical clarity, your capacity, and your endurance.

The Work you Love Shouldn’t Cost You Your Well-Being
Calling all clinicians who want to sustain a meaningful career in mental health without sacrificing your wellbeing, ethics, or integrity.
You need practical tools for navigating complex clinical situations, clarity in your ethical decision-making, and a community that understands the real weight of this work.
The problem is that burnout has become normalized in our field, supervision often focuses on compliance over sustainability, and clinicians are expected to navigate suicidality and ethical dilemmas without adequate support. No wonder you are feeling isolated, exhausted, and uncertain whether you can stay in this field long-term.
Good clinicians are quitting the industry by the droves because the systems around them are simply not sustainable.
As clinicians, we understand what it's like to love the work deeply while feeling the structural strain of it. We’ve been there too.
That's why we created Aligned & Anchored: a two-day virtual summit led by four expert clinicians who specialize in ethics, suicidality, supervision, and burnout prevention, all grounded in collective care and Ubuntu philosophy.
Here's how it works:
Register for the summit
Attend the live virtual sessions on March 13-14 and earn 4 NBCC contact hours, including 1 CE each in Ethics, Suicide Prevention, and Supervision.
Implement the practical frameworks and regulation tools immediately in your clinical work.
So register now, so you can stop surviving your career and start building one that lasts.
