Payment

 Our private pay rates are competitive to the area served and the services provided. Rates are based on education, training, and experience. Payment for all services is due at the time of service.

The cash pay rate for our therapists are as follows:

Fully Licensed Therapists: $150

Provisionally Licensed Therapists: $115

Masters Level Therapists: $85

Intern Therapists: $35 - $50

Ubuntu Counseling & Wellness has a few sliding scale options available starting as low as $65 to the full rate (outlined above based on provider). If you need a sliding scale option, please make the request in your initial email.

We do participate in insurance plans; however, due to high demands we currently only have availability for clients seeking to use Cigna & Aetna. We continue to work hard to bring qualified clinicians on with us who are in your provider network! In the meantime, we are happy to provide you with a superbill so that you may seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

*A new federal law was enacted in 2022 that protects clients from unexpected bills with a Good Faith Estimate. Rates for individual intakes are listed above, ongoing sessions are reduced by 15.00. Family sessions are billed at 175.00 per session.
