RaeKenya Walker

I work well with the strong friend, the sensitive soul, and the humans who’ve spent too long feeling misunderstood.

Many of the people I support are deeply feeling, thoughtful, intuitive, and navigating life while balancing anxiety, burnout, masking, identity exploration, perfectionism, or emotional overwhelm. They may be neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, a person of color, or someone learning how to take up space more authentically and unapologetically.

My approach to therapy blends evidence-based support with authenticity, curiosity, compassion, and a little humor. I believe healing happens when we have space to be fully human—messy, growing, grieving, hopeful, joyful, and still figuring it out.

I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, challenged, and celebrated for who you are becoming and not just for what you do for others.
