  • We offer culturally grounded counseling and wellness support for individuals navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, anxiety, leadership fatigue, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. Our approach centers whole-person healing with compassion, intention, and care.

  • We primarily support women, leaders, caregivers, helpers, creatives, changemakers, and service-driven professionals, especially those seeking affirming, culturally responsive care. We welcome ALL individuals who are ready to prioritize their healing, wellness, and emotional well-being.

  • Our practice is rooted in collective care, cultural understanding, and wellness-centered healing. We recognize that many people have spent years surviving, performing, and carrying heavy responsibilities. We create spaces where clients can slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.

  • Yes. We are 100% telehealth and offer secure virtual counseling sessions for clients who prefer the flexibility and comfort of meeting remotely.

  • Your first session is a space to exhale. We’ll spend time getting to know you, understanding your needs and goals, and exploring what support could look like for you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin

  • A strong therapeutic relationship matters. We encourage potential clients to reach out, ask questions, and explore whether our approach aligns with the kind of support they’re seeking. Healing feels different when you feel safe, affirmed, and understood.

  • Our private pay rates are competitive to the area served and the services provided. Rates are based on education, training, and experience. Payment for all services is due at the time of service.

    The cash pay rate for our therapists are as follows:

    Fully Licensed Therapists:

    $165 per 60-minute Intake Session

    $150 per 50-minute Follow-Up

    We Accept: Cigna & Aetna Insurance Plans

    *A new federal law was enacted in 2022 that protects clients from unexpected bills with a Good Faith Estimate. Rates for individual intakes are listed above, ongoing sessions are reduced by 15.00. Family sessions are billed at 185.00 per session.
